Popular Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz wants a big wedding for himself as he wants it a public holiday.
The Bongo Flava musician is prepping for his wedding to his girlfriend Tanasha Donna Barbieri who is a Keyan model and OAP.
Diamond Platnumz who has worked with several Nigerian music stars in an interview declared that he was his wedding day to be a national holiday so all his family members can afford to attend the ceremony.
“The reason why we had to change the date is because Tanasha’s mother will be working on Valentine’s Day. I do not want a small wedding, if it is possible I would like the government to consider it a public holiday,” he said.
Diamond had proposed to marry Tanasha sometime last year and amongst his invited guest would be American rapper Rick Ross.
