Music = Universal Language; Davido Recaps Performing At Mayoette

Music of Nigerian origin continues to gain high acceptance beyond the shores of Nigeria. Also Nigerian artistes are also shutting down shows across the globe.

Recently Davido was in Mayoette (a French Island between Madagascar and Mozambique) where he had little issues with language and food. However, the high point of his show was that fans at the concert sang happily to his tune regardless of language.

An excited Davido shared a video clip on Instagram when he mounted the stage to perform.

He wrote the following on Instagram;

Thank you Mayotte Never heard of this place until we got booked to perform here !!We arrived two days before the show and had problem communicating with the people because of language barrier , even to order food nah wahala ! But as soon as I touched that stage last night we all spoke the same language ! IT WAS AMAZING! Music = Universal Language
