African number one bad girl Tiwa Savage sits down to talk with popular DJ Tim Westwood on Capital Xtra.
The ‘Ma Lo’ crooner talked about Afrobeats, her Savage Tour London edition, being a mother and many more.
According to Tiwa Savage Afrobeats is fast becoming a global sound as it acceptance continues to spread from Europe to America. She said she was excited about shutting down the indigo O2 Arena London, adding that it was historic for her and other female African acts.
On Ciara sampling her song ‘Before Nko’, the 38-year-old singer said she was aware of it. ‘Her team reached out to my team about sampling the song… I feel honoured’, she said.
