Good News!!! Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie wins 2019 Everett M. Rogers Award

Unmistakable Nigerian writer, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie has been awarded with the 2019 Everett M. Rogers Award.

The yearly honour is named to pay tribute to the late USC Annenberg teacher Everett M. Rogers.

It is displayed each year by the Norman Lear Center at the University of Southern California (USC) in the interest of the college’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

The productive essayist is being respected for “reframing the discourse on race, gender and identity”. Ngozi will get the honour and talk at the USC Annenberg School in February 2019.
