Simi Lands Debut Acting Role In Nollywood Film – Top female Nigerian singer Simi is making a foray into acting and Nollywood at large.

The ‘Joromi‘ crooner just landed her debut role in an upcoming Nollywood film. Simi shared the news on Instagram when she posted a video Nollywood actor and producer Kunle Afolayan. The name of the new movie is Mokalik and is produced by Kunle Afolayan.

This makes Simi the latest Nigerian singer to make a foray acting, with the likes of Banky W, Vector, Seyi Shay, Sound Sultan etc.

Simi shared a video where she received her script from Kunle Afolayan. She wrote ‘and a girl with a script she likes very much’.  See her post below:
