Ibrahim Umar Tureta, the Special Assistant to Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko representing Sokoto North, has died.According to reports, he passed away today in Abuja, after a brief illness. 
Late Tureta was the former President of the Federated Organization of Sokoto State Students Association (FOSOSSA)He completed his NYSC programme last November.
